Description of machine and operational characteristics

The parts to be machined are deburred, descaled and derusted be means of self-friction.

Because of the machine's closed structure, noise generation during the deburring process is reduced to to only 68-72.

By means of a dust extractor installation with a direct effect, pertaining to its standard equipment, the dust developed during the machining is removed automatically.

Also oil-convered punched and sawn parts can be processed by the machin. Sawdust is added into the drum for a machining under these conditions. By means of a timevariation control circuit, the dust extractor can be switched on individually.

This being the case, the parts can be deoiled and dried beforehand. Only when this has been carried out, the dust extractor installation will switch on automatically, so as to exhaust the sawdust from the interior of the drum.

Due to presetting the drum velocity, optimim machinings are garanteed.

The LIMA-600 L deburring machine can be installed at any location, provided that the soil/base is firm.

Once an operating process has ended, the drum will halt in its position, so that the drum flap can be opened without delay. Each machining cycle lasts about twenty minutes. By pressing a puch-button, the drum contents can be emtied into EURO-norm containers placed below.
